Our Mission

Magnolia Theatre’s mission is to cultivate a sense of purpose, community, and creative outlet for artists of all ages within the greater North Haven/Hamden region. We seek to support and train the next generation of arts lovers by producing theater that entertains, makes you think, and engages participants in the entire creative process - from first rehearsal to strike.

Our Values

As an organization, we believe four core values are required to create lasting impact: Community, Communication & Transparency, Education, and Uncompromising Quality.

Who we serve

We aim to connect with people of all ages and from all walks of life - to truly be a community organization. We believe that everyone in the community has something to offer to the organization. Whether your interest is in performing, building sets, making costumes, directing, choreographing, marketing, fundraising, or simply enjoying performances, we seek to welcome you home.

We believe in radical transparency and hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards of nonprofit governance.
